Who We Are

Our purpose is to save lives by providing a lifeline of immediate healthcare to our community.

Mission

LifeLine EMS focuses on three pillars of service in our communities. First, we provide urgent transportation for individuals who require sudden or prearranged medical care at a specialty center, long-term facility, or rehabilitation unit. Second, we support the provision of emergency care for ill or injured community members who activate the 911 system. Third, we encourage continued improvement and education among EMS professionals and others in our community through life-saving first response training, EMS-level education, and advanced practice programming.

Vision

LifeLine EMS is the leading response medical transportation agency in Southern California, offering EMT, Paramedic, and Critical Care level services to patients in the communities we serve. We will focus our efforts on increasing our contracted hospital partners and expanding our scope of services to include Mobile Integrated Health and new educational efforts for EMS professionals. Additionally, we will improve strategies to reduce hospital admissions and create future healthcare innovation solutions.
