LifeLine EMS’s assurance of quality care has allowed us to become Southern California’s premier ambulance service provider. We are acutely aware that the ambulance industry is a service industry, and as such, our most important resource is our people and their commitment to quality care. We have a “no jerk policy” that our New Hire EMS providers learn on Day 1; lack of clinical and operational excellence, along with unprofessionalism, is not tolerated within our organization.
We receive numerous kudos from our patients, who take the time to state that we have gone “above and beyond” or the “EMT made them feel safe” and “took such great care of them or their loved one.” Training and education are at the forefront of our success with this initiative.
