We run several annual campaigns made available to all field employees for additional or exemplary work. These campaigns not only improve team member morale but also aim to increase on-time proficiency and reduce the number of unscheduled overtime hours. Additionally, our EMS Operations management team often assists field employees with completing transports, specifically the bariatric, higher acuity, or long-distance transports, to alleviate the daily workload and provide complete customer care in a timely manner. These transports also serve as opportunities outside of BLINK, our mobile workforce app, for field employees to engage with management and freely voice their comments and suggestions for the improvement of the organization.
